Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that today itself he has moved an application for impleading proposed respondent No.5 in the array of the cause title of this case. Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, it is allowed. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to incorporate respondent No.5 as a party-respondent in this case during the course of the day. 2. By this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs: “1] That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire record pertaining to case No. 24/58(B)/2015 pending before the Deputy Registrar cooperative society Bilaspur (C.G.) in the interest of justice. 2] That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant writ petition and the respondents may kindly be directed to expedite the proceedings of case No. 24/58(B)/2015 pending before the Deputy Registrar cooperative society Bilaspur (C.G.) and the respondents may kindly be directed to decide the aforementioned matter preferably within a period of 6 months. 3] That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s), which is deemed fit and proper in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case.” 3 3. The petitioner seeks a direction to expedite the proceedings of the case pending before the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Bilaspur. 4. In the first half, learned counsel for the State was directed to seek instructions upon which the learned State Counsel has taken instructions and it has been submitted by the learned State Counsel that the matter for which this petition has been filed will be decided within a period of 30 days. 5. On the basis of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the State, respondent No.2, Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies is directed to decide the Case No. 24/58(B)/2015 within a period of 30 days from the date of production of a copy of this order. The petitioner and respondent No.5 are directed to cooperate so that the matter may be decided within the aforesaid period. 6. Compliance of this order be sent by respondent No.2 to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 7. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
