The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash the notice dated 21.06.2025 bearing Letter No. 1220/F-45550/Ayodhya issued by the opposite party no.1 under Section 12D of Societies Registration Act, 1860." 3. Learned counsel for the State says that a 'final order' has already been passed on 13.08.2025, the instructions are taken on record. 4. In view of the said statement, the relief as prayed, cannot be granted. 5. Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. 6. The petitioner would be at liberty to take such steps, as may be advised against the impugned order that has been passed on 13.08.2025.
