Petitioner was serving as Cadre Secretary in a Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society. He was put under suspension vide order dated 13.06.2023 passed by Member Secretary, District Administrative Committee, Uttarkashi. In this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the order of suspension. 5. Mr. B.M. Pingal, learned counsel for respondent no. 4, on instruction, submits that order of dismissal from service has been passed passed by Secretary, District Administrative Committee, vide order dated 15.11.2025. He, thus, submits that after dismissal, challenge to the suspension order, do not survive. 6. Mr. B.M. Pingal, Advocate submits that he will supply copy of dismissal order passed against the petitioner, through Whatsapp to petitioner’s counsel today itself. 7. In view of statement made by learned counsel for District Administrative Committee, Uttarkashi, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
