Assistant Commissioner and others), which is pending before the learned Court of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Lucknow/Opposite Party No.1 within the prescribed period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 4. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.1- Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Lucknow to take a decision for early disposal of the aforesaid Arbitration case, strictly in accordance with law.
