The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to fix Rs.36,91,000/- as a total price of the allotted land and take steps to handover possession of the allotted land within thirty days from the date of receipt of the balance amount. 3. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. Suffice it to note that the representation made by the petitioner was placed before the 347th Board meeting on 04.02.2017 and the Board has confirmed the land cost at Rs.150 Lakhs and the same has been intimated to the petitioner. The decision of the Board meeting and the resolution cannot be questioned by filing a Writ Petition. Moreover, the relief sought by the petitioner also cannot be considered under - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:1041 WP No. 29316 of 2017 the writ jurisdiction.
