By means of this petition the petitioner has prayed following relief : "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the F.I.R. dated: 18.05.2025 in Case Crime No: 0122/2025, U/S 333, 70 (1), 74, 351 (3), 305 Β.N.S 2023, Police Station: Kotwali Sitapur, District: Sitapur logged against the petitioner as contained as Annexure No.-1 to this writ petition. ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the opposite party No.-3 not to arrest the petitioner in Case Crime No: 0122/2025, U/S 333, 70 (1), 74, 351 (3), 305 B.N.S 2023, Police Station: Kotwali Sitapur, District: Sitapur dated: 18/05/2025. 5. As per aforesaid instructions the investigation has been completed and Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Priyanka Tripathi, Suresh Chandra Pandey Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Govind And Another .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Lko. And Others .....Respondent(s) final report has been submitted before the Supervisory Authority and the same may be sent to the Court. 6. In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition, therefore, this writ petition is consigned to record.
