It is stated that repeatedly time has been granted by the Tribunal to the opposite party for filing response, which response has still not been filed. In the meantime, it is stated that an Advocate Commissioner has been 2 HCJ & RC, J W.P. No: 10317 of 2025 appointed, who is likely to dispossess the petitioners which will cause prejudice to the interest of the petitioners. Be that as it may, we dispose of the present petition with a direction to the D.R.T. to decide I.A.Nos.3396 & 3521 of 2024 arising out of S.A.No.574 of 2024 within a period of two (2) months. Till orders are passed in the said I.As, status quo be maintained with regard to the possession. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
