The PIL has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Opposite Party No.2 to removal the illegal encroachment of the O. P. No. 5 to 7 from the land Gata No. 2289/ 0.0420 hec., 2290/ 0.0850 hec and 2291/0.0760 hec. (records as ponds in revenue records) and are situated at village Gangauli, Pargana, tehsil And District Amethi, within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice." 3. Standing Counsel on the basis of the instructions, states that no offending constructions are situate over the pond. The instructions are taken on record. 4. In view of the said instructions, no further directions are required. 5. The petition is disposed off.
