This writ appeal is presented against an order dated 31.10.2023 passed by learned Single Judge in WPC No.628 of 2023, whereby the writ petition filed by respondent No.1 was disposed of directing respondent No.4 to conclude the proceedings of Revenue Case No.202207064400085/A-68/Year 2021-22 in accordance with law at the earliest, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. 3. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 has pointed out that revenue cases of each of the appellants except appellant No.11-Santosh Sidar have already been decided by the competent authority, to which learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant writ appeal with liberty to file afresh if further cause of action arises. 4 4.
