Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the F.I.R. registered as case crime no. 0313 of 2025 under Section 64(2) and 85 of the B.N.S and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act, police station Dubagga, district Lucknow. 3. From a perusal of the allegations made in the F.I.R., it cannot be said that a cognizable offence is not made out against the petitioners, so the relief as claimed by the petitioner in the present writ petition cannot be granted under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 4. However, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be granted liberty to file the anticipatory bail and a direction may be issued to dispose of the same expeditiously 5. Considering the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, without entering into merit of the case, the petitioner is granted liberty to move the anticipatory bail application before the appropriate court and if any such application is filed the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously and preferably within a period of two weeks. 6. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
