Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application under Section 483 Cr.P.C./ 529 BNSS has been filed with the following prayer:- "i. direct the opp. party no. 2 to expedite the trial of criminal case No. 23192 of 2024(S.T.No 511/2024) "State Vs. Gabbar And Others" U/s 147,148, 149,307,302,323,504,506,336, IPC & Section 7 of Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 1932 pending before the Court of Special Judge POCSO Act Gonda, arising out of F.I.R./Case Crime No. 36/2024, U/s 147,148,149,307, 302,323, 504, 506, 336, IPC & Section 7 of Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 1932 registered in Police Station- Chapiya, District-Gonda, lodged by the applicant/Petitioner against the opposite party no 3 to 11, within stipulated time given by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter is still pending consideration since 2024 and the applicant is suffering hard delay in conclusion of the trial proceedings. He urges that the interest of justice would be subserved if this Hon'ble Court is pleased enough to direct the Court below to conclude the proceedings of Criminal Case No.23192 of 2024(S.T.No 511/2024) "State Vs. Gabbar And Others" within a stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. 4. The counsel appearing for the State has no objection to the contention aforesaid. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, the Trial Court is hereby directed to conclude the proceeding of Criminal Case No.23192 of 2024 (S.T.No 511/2024) "State Vs. Gabbar And Others", arising out of Case Crime No.36 of 2024, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302, 323, 504, 506, 336, IPC & Section 7 of Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 1932, Police Station Chapiya, District Gonda, in expedition, if there is no legal impediment, while considering the guidelines and circulars issued time to time in this regard. 6.
