Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State. 2. In view of the proposed order, notice to opposite party No.4 is hereby dispensed with. 3. By means of this petition, petitioner has prayed for following main relief: "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned first information report dated 26.06.2025, FIR No.141/2025, under Sections 191(2), 118(1), 351(2) BNS, 2023 Police Station Malihabad, District Lucknow." 4. Learned AGA on the basis of specific instructions has apprised the Court that investigation has been concluded and chargesheet/police report has been submitted before the supervisory authority and such police report may be submitted before the learned trial court very soon. 5. Having considered the aforesaid submission of learned AGA, we do not find any good ground to keep this petition pending any longer because relief prayed in the present petition may not be granted. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed being infructuous. However, it is always open for the petitioner to take appropriate remedy before the competent authority/court of law for redressal of his grievance, more so bonafide grievance, if any.
