Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to modify the order dated 01.07.2025 whereby petitioner has been transferred to Varanasi while he is seeking transferred to Basti in the Civil Police in the light of Government Order dated 11.06.2024. 3. It has been submitted that earlier petitioner had filed Writ-A No. 768 of 2023 seeking repatriation to Civil Police from Intelligence Department. The said petition was disposed of vide order dated 28.01.2023 directing authorities concerned to decide petitioner's representation and in pursuance thereof, impugned order has been passed but ignoring the fact that petitioner has barely one year to retire and therefore, was required to be posted in his near home district. 4. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before the opposite party no.2 i.e. Inspector General of Police (Personnel), U.P. Police Head Quarter, Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 5. With aforesaid directions, petition stands disposed of.
