Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant revision has been filed seeking the following relief:- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the criminal revision and set aside the impugned order dated 01.08.2025 passed by the learned Court of Additional District & Sessions Judge III, Bahraich in Sessions Trial No. 188/2011, State vs. Lalji Mishra & Qthers, arising out of Case Crime No. 506/2009, under Sections 302, 324, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station - Payagpur, District - Bahraich, in the interest of justice." 3. Operative portion of order dated 01.08.2025, which is under challenge, reads as under: "प्रस्तुत सत्र परीक्षण अपराध संख्या 506/2009 धारा 302, 324, 323, 504, 506 भा०दं०सं० के सम्बन्ध में है। अिभयुक्तगण द्वारा सफाई साक्ष्य में सूची ग-138 द्वारा दािखल िकये जा रहे है प्रपत्र अपराध संख्या 506A/2009 के प्रमािणत प्रित है। साक्ष्य अिधिनयम की धारा 74 उप धारा (III) के अन्तगर्त लोक दस्तावेज है, िजनकी प्रमािणकता से अिभयोजन द्वारा इन्कार नहीं िकया जा सकता है िकन्तु उक्त दस्तावेजों की अन्तरवस्तु साक्ष्य अिधिनयम के प्रावधानों के अधीन है। अतः अिभयुक्तगण द्वारा दािखल सूची ग-138 से प्रमािणत प्रितयाँ साक्ष्य अिधिनयम के अधीन स्वीकार िकये जाने योग्य है एवं िजनका साक्षीय संवीक्षा दौरान िनणर्य न्यायालय द्वारा िकया जाना है। तद्रुसार प्राथर्ना पत्र ब-140 एवं तत्सम्बद्ध आपित्त ब-141 िनस्तािरत िकये जाने योग्य है। आदेश सूची ग-138 से दिखल दस्तावेज उपरोक्तानुसार स्वीकार की जाती है। तद्नुसार प्राथर्ना पत्र ब-140 एवं तत्सम्बद्ध आपित्त ब-141 िनस्तािरत की जाती है। पत्रावली िदनांक 13.08.2025 शेष सफाई साक्ष्य हेतु पेश हो।" 4. Learned counsel for the revisionist failed to point out any illegality in the order under challenge. 5. The instant revision is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. 6. The copy of the order be sent to the trial court concerned forthwith.
