The instant application under section 483 Cr.P.C./529 of the B.N.S.S. has been filed with the prayer to direct the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 19, Lucknow to expedite and decide the Sessions Trial No. 462 of 2021, arising out of Case Crime No. 55 of 2020, under sections 307/306/394/354 Gha of I.P.C., Police Station- Chinhat, District-Lucknow. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the matter pertains to the year 2021 and even after passing of about 4 years, the proceeding of the Sessions Trial has not been concluded as yet. After arguing at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this court. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the trial court is directed to consider and decide the Sessions Trial No. 462 of 2021, with expedition, in accordance with law considering the instructions and guidelines issued by this court; time to time. With the aforesaid observation, the instant application stands disposed of.
