JUSTICE PARTHIVJYOTI SAIKIA ORDER Date : 26.08.2025 1. Heard Mr. M. U. Mahmud, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K. K. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This is a second bail application which has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for grant of pre-arrest bail in respect of Manikpur P. S. Case No.44/2023. 3. In a Madrassa, a 15 year old minor boy was sexually assaulted and thereafter the boy committed suicide by hanging. Before his death, the young boy implicated the present petitioner by telling the story to one of his friends. 4. Moreover, this second bail application is filed without any new ground. 5. Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that this is not a fit case for granting pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. 6. With the aforesaid direction, the present bail application is dismissed and disposed of. 7. Case Diary shall be returned. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
