The present writ petition has been filed within six days of filing of the interim injunction application i.e. too early to approach this Court for seeking direction to the court concerned to decide the same within a stipulated time. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the urgency is that the respondents are raising construction. On being asked from learned counsel for the petitioner to show from any photograph that the respondents are raising construction, he is unable to show the same. In view of the facts and circumstances that the present writ petition has been filed within six days of moving temporary injunction application and the petitioner has approached this Court for issuing direction to the court concerned to decide the same is not tenable, hence, the present writ petition is dismissed.
