The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint made by the petitioner, enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.424 of 2025, only to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out. He would further submit that the enquiry would be completed and appropriate decision would be taken within a period of two weeks. 3.
