The learned counsel has drawn attention to the common judgment of this Court dated 12.08.2025, which was passed pursuant to the compromise entered into between the parties. Although the Compromise Memo has been extracted from Paragraph 13 onwards, it is submitted that it would be of greater assistance if the entire Compromise Memo, starting from Clause No.1 at Page No.7 up to Clause No.21, is reproduced in writing. 3.
