The petitioner is before this court seeking for the following reliefs: (i) Issue a writ of certiorari quashing the order in KIC7294APL2014 dated 14.03.2017 passed by the respondent No.1, the Karnataka Information Commissioner as per Annexure 'L' of the writ petition and consequently (ii) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.3 to provide information to the petitioner as sought for in the application - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:18537 WP No. 29501 of 2017 produced as Annexure-A of the writ petition with proper compensation and also expenditure of this whole process spent by the petitioner. (iii) Issue such other writ, order or direction as deemed fit in the circumstance of the case. 2. The court notice issued to the petitioner has been returned with the endorsement 'addressee cannot be located'. 3. There is no other address of the petitioner which is available on record. The petitioner was representing himself as a party-in-person. 4. Since there is no other address which is available and the petitioner, party-in-person is not traceable at the address found in the cause title, no purpose would be served by continuing with the above matter. 5.
