The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party no.1 to 3 to remove the illegal encroachment over the gaon sabha land area 0.006 hectare of public utility land as recorded as Nali in khatauni no.53/0.049 hectare Situated village Saray Madhai Pahara Murar Patti, Pargana and Tahsil- Patti, District- Pratapgarh as shown in lekhpal report dated 15.10.2024 as contained Annexure no. 2 to the writ petition in the interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of the instructions, states that the proceedings under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code has already been initiated and are pending. 4. In view of the said statement, it is directed that the pending proceedings shall be concluded with all expedition preferably within a period of ninety days in accordance with law. 5.
