Heard Shri Manish Misra, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents no.1 to 5. 2. Instant petition has been filed by the petitioners praying for direction to the respondents to correct the revenue record by mutating the name of the petitioners against the name of Hi-Tech Township / Lucknow Development Authority in the Khatauni. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have given an application to respondent no.5 for correcting the revenue records pertaining to Khasra No.729 situated in Village Ahamamau, Tehsil Sarojini Nagar, District Lucknow but till date, no order has been passed thereon. 4. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance of the petitioners shall be substantially redressed in case respondent no. 5 is directed to pass necessary orders on the application of the petitioners for correction in the revenue records under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code. 5. Learned Standing Counsel does not oppose the prayer made by the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with giving liberty to the petitioners to move a fresh application under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, along with the order passed by this Court, within two weeks from today.
