Heard Mr. Ganesh Kumar Verma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr. Arun Kumar Pandey, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents. 2. In view of the proposed order being passed, notice to the respondent No. 4 is hereby dispensed with. 3. By means of this petition, the petitioners have assailed the impugned FIR dated 28.05.2025 No. 0164 of 2025, under Section 137(2) BNS, Police Station- Hardi, District- Bahraich. 4. Learned A.G.A. has shown a copy of instruction letter dated 20.08.2025 provided by one Rajesh Kumar Singh, Sub-Inspector, Police Station- Hardi, District- Bahraich wherein it has been indicated that the son of the petitioners has eloped with one minor girl and the location of both is not traceable, therefore, the Investigating Officer has contacted the petitioners for interrogation in the issue but the petitioners have not been harassed unnecessarily. 5. Learned A.G.A. has also informed that the Investigating Officer concerned is only discharging the duties without harassing the petitioners. 6. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, since a minor girl of 14 years is missing along with the son of the petitioners, therefore, proper Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Durgesh Kumar Pathak Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Maya Ram And Another .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy. Home Lko. And Others .....Respondent(s) investigation in the issue is required and her location should be traced out at the earliest ensuring that the petitioners are not harassed unnecessarily, however, the petitioners shall co-operate in the investigation. 7.
