Ms. Zeba Naaz, Advocate holding brief of Mr. Siddhartha Singh, Advocate for respondent no.5. The petitioner has filed a modification application. On behalf of the respondent no.5 time is sought to file objections. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the one hand the respondent no.5 is taking time here and on the other hand, he has moved an application to the authority for appointment of an Authorized Controller on the ground that the term of the petitioner has expired. It is argued that, in fact, during that period the petitioner’s Committee was not allowed to work by the authority that time has to be added in their term, which otherwise is going to expire on 15.05.2026. He submits that the State may be directed not to proceed further for appointment of Authorized Controller till the modification application is decided. List on 07.05.2026.
