Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application has been filed with the prayer to ensure expeditious disposal of Criminal Revision No. 227 of 2024 filed by the petitioner challenging the summoning order dated 07.01.2023 in Case No. 2418 of 2023 initiated on the basis of chargesheet dated 19.06.2022 filed in Case Crime No. 91 of 2022 under sections- 147, 323, 504, 506, 427 and 452 of IPC P.S. Dhanepur District- Gonda and also to ensure expeditious disposal of application dated 04.08.2025 filed by the petitioner under section 9(2) of Juvenile Justice Act in case no. 2418 of 2023. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant quoting the aforesaid prayer submits that the matter is still pending consideration since 2022 and the applicant is suffering due to delay in conclusion of the trial proceedings. He submits that the interest of justice would be subserved if this Hon'ble Court is pleased enough to direct the Court below to conclude the trial proceedings of Criminal Revision No. 227 of 2024 and application dated 04.08.2025 filed by the petitioner under section 9(2) of Juvenile Justice Act in case no. 2418 of 2023, Case Crime No. 91 of 2022 under sections- 147, 323, 504, 506, 427 and 452 of IPC P.S. Dhanepur District- Gonda within a stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. 4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, the Trial Court is hereby directed to conclude the proceeding of Criminal Revision No. 227 of 2024 and application dated 04.08.2025 filed by the petitioner under section 9(2) of Juvenile Justice Act in case no. 2418 of 2023, Case Crime No. 91 of 2022 under sections- 147, 323, 504, 506, 427 and 452 of IPC P.S. Dhanepur District- Gonda, in expedition, if there is no legal impediment, while considering the guidelines and circulars issued in this regard. 6. The application is disposed off accordingly.
