By means of the present petition, the petitioner has assailed the FIR No. 0232/2025 dated 26.06.2025, registered under Sections 115(2), 351(3), 110 BNS, at Police Station- Purwa, District- Unnao. 3. Learned A.G.A. has produced the copy of instructions letter dated 17.09.2025 provided by Mr. Rameshwar Singh, Sub Inspector, Police Station- Purwa, District- Unnao, which is taken on record. As per the aforesaid instructions, charge sheet has been filed in the matter. 4.
