Following order was passed in this matter on 05.06.2025:-
“Notice. Mr. Rajat Chaudhary, learned Assistant Advocate General, accepts service of notice on behalf of the respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that though respondent No.2 has not transferred the petitioner from IGMC Shimla on the ground of acute shortage of Staff Nurses and also keeping in view the orders passed in CWPIL No.12 of 2024, however, Smt. Anjana Kumari and Smt. Poonam Bagga, both serving as Staff Nurses at IGMC Shimla had been transferred recently to other places as mentioned in para-12 of the writ petition.

On 03.07.2025, learned Assistant Advocate General was directed to have instructions for transferring the petitioner in light of submissions made in para-10 of the writ petition.

During the course of hearing today, learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record office order dated 10.07.2025, issued by the Director Health Services, Himachal Pradesh, transferring the petitioner from IGMC Shimla to SLBSGMC, Mandi at Nerchowk vice Smt. Chander Jyoti, Staff Nurse and vice versa.
In view of above office order, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner now stands redressed. This writ petition to stand disposed of accordingly. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
