Ms. Deepshikha, learned Chief Standing Counsel has been provided written instructions dated 17.08.2025, a copy of which is taken on record and as per which petitioner's representation has already been rejected by order dated 11.06.2025, which has not been challenged. 4. A copy of order dated 11.06.2025 has been provided to learned counsel for petitioner. 5. Learned counsel for petitioner therefore, seeks liberty to withdraw this petition in order to file afresh. 6. Considering such submissions, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting aforesaid liberty.
