The present writ petition has been preferred for issuing direction to the Learned State Public Services Tribunal U.P. Lucknow to hear and decide pending Reference Petition No. 1360 of 2024 (Shailesh Kumar vs. State of U.P. and Ors.) which is pending since 2024 i.e. a year ago. On being asked as to whether any urgency application has been preferred by the petitioner for early disposal of the reference petition, he has very fairly stated that no such application has been preferred till date. The present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the court concerned for early disposal of the reference petition which is pending since the year 2024. In case, any such application is preferred, the concerned court may decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, if there is no other legal impediment, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and if any adjournment is unavoidable, only short date may be given.
