The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "To issue a writ, order or directions in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2 & 3, to take a necessary action against the respondent no. 6 to 8 and removed the illegal encroachment from the land Gata No.286, and also directed the respondent no. 6 to 8 not to illegally encroached Upon the Land Gata No.286 registered the Public Road in Revenue record situated in Village Aamipur Pargana Dhingwas, Peeng, Police Station- Sangramgarh, Tehsil - Kunda, District- Pratapgarh." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of the instructions, states that the proceedings under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code has already been initiated. 4. In view of the said statement, it is directed that the pending proceedings shall be concluded with all expedition preferably within a period of ninety days in accordance with law. 5.
