Bora, learned senior counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. This is an application u/s 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 for granting pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioners, namely, 1. Keshow Verma @ Keshab Verma, 2. Suryakant Verma and 3. Chandrakant Verma in connection with Dibrugarh P.S. Case No. 180/2025 u/s 108/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023. 3. The FIR giving rise to this case was lodged on 02.06.2025 by the wife of the deceased alleging that due to the mental torture inflicted by the FIR named accused persons, her husband committed suicide. On 19.07.2025, three petitioners were granted interim pre- arrest bail with conditions. 4. It is submitted that pursuant thereof, they have appeared before the I.O and examined, which is also confirmed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, who submits the case diary before me. 5. I have perused the suicide note of the victim and also statements of the accused. 6. The learned senior counsel for the petitioners has drawn my attention to some of the documents reflecting bank transactions Page No.# 3/3 by way of lending of money to the deceased, showing the amount of Rs. 5 Lakhs on one occasion. 7. The deceased has also stated in his suicide note about Rs.11 Lakhs. Copies of two cheques purportedly issued by the deceased by way of returning the money have also been annexed. 8. Nevertheless, in the given facts and circumstances, whether any alleged acts of the petitioners amounts to abetment of the suicide of the victim would be a matter of full investigation and especially evidence if a trials starts. 9. In the present situation, I am not inclined to be cancel the interim bail and therefore, the interim bail granted vide order dated 19.07.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions : i) That the petitioners shall not cause any harassment or harm to the informant and her family ; ii) That the petitioners shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. 10. Return back the case diary. 11. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail petition stands allowed and disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
