Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for respondents. 2. The instant petition has been filed seeking issuance of a direction to the Authorities concerned to consider the case of the petitioner for transfer from District- Azamgarh to Commissionerate Prayagraj on the ground of ailment of his wife, who is suffering from Polycystic Kidney Disease. 3. Contention of learned counsel for petitioner is that the petitioner has already submitted an application to seek liberty to file a fresh representation before the Authorities concerned. 4. In view of the obnoxious prayer being made, without going into the merits of the case, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.2, i.e., Additional Director General of Police (Establishment), Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, who shall consider and decide the same, sympathetically and expeditiously, within a period of three weeks from the date, a certified copy of this order is produced before him. 5.
