Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for providing compassionate appointment to petitioner in terms of Uttar Pradesh Recruitment of Dependents of Government Servants Dying-in-Harness Rules, 1974. 3. It is submitted that petitioner's husband late Ram Kishor passed away on 22.09.2024 whereafter petitioner has submitted an application on 16.10.2024, which is pending consideration. 4. Since redressal of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, the opposite party no. 3 i.e. Additional Director, Krishi Raksha Anubhag, Directorate of Agriculture, Krishi Bhawan, U.P. Lucknow is directed to take a final decision with regard to petitioner's application for compassionate dated 16.10.2024 expeditiously within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority after affording opportunity of hearing to all heirs of late Ram Kishor. Petitioner shall annex a copy of the application for compassionate dated 16.10.2024 alongwith certified copy of this order and in the case of any dispute to decide the same in terms of Rule-7 of the Rules of 1974. 5. Since prayer has also been made for release of family pension and other post retiral dues, the authority concerned shall also take a decision with regard to same within the same time frame. 6.
