The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 167/2025 arising out of Gorhar P.S. Case No. 56/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Hazaribag. 3. On 12.12.2024, dead body of father of the informant was found near a field in Mahuatand. 4. During the course of investigation, it transpired that deceased had consumed liquor with the petitioner and thereafter he was found murdered. 5. Learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no material available against the petitioner on record. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
