Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record office communication dated 25.06.2025 and on that basis submits that due and admissible retiral benefits have been released to the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has raised grievances in respect of non-payment of interest in terms of the judgment in question. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - interest liability, in terms of the decision, shall also be cleared by the respondents within four weeks from today. 4. Taking note of office communication dated 25.06.2025 and the submissions made by learned counsel for the respondents, this execution petition is disposed of with hope and trust that respondents shall clear their liability of paying interest to the petitioner expeditiously, in any case within a period of four weeks from today i.e. by 25.07.2025 However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for redressal of his surviving grievance, if any, in accordance with law, in case need so presents itself.
