The Petitioners are claiming to be maintaining the Public Toilets at Government General Hospital, Kurnool, since long time on a monthly rent of Rs. 2,100/- and R. 1,200/- respectively, after calling for tenders. While so, the Petitioners filed W.P.No.11322 of 2010 seeking directions to the Respondents to continue the Petitioners to maintain the above said two toilets. Subsequently, the said Writ Petition was disposed of on 07.10.2015, directing the Respondents to issue fresh notification to call for tenders for maintenance of the said toilets and the Petitioners were permitted to maintain the toilets till the completion of the process for issuance of the notification and finalization of the tenders. 3. While so, questioning the action of the Respondent No.3 in interfering with the maintenance of two public toilets without issuing any fresh tender notification as contrary to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.11322 of 2010, dated 07.10.2015. 4. This Court on 21.03.2016 passed interim order, directing the Respondent Authorities to strictly abide the order of this Court in W.P.No.11322 of 2010, dated 07.10.2015. 5. No representation on behalf of the Petitioners. Learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent/ Corporation and learned Assistant Government Pleader for the Respondents expressed their inability to get latest instructions. 6. However, even otherwise, the interim order dated 21.03.2016 is only a direction to the Respondent/ Authorities to follow the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.11322 of 2010, dated 07.10.2015, which would suffice for disposal of this Writ Petition. 7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Respondents to adhere the directions issued by this Court in earlier W.P.No.11322 of 2010, dated 07.10.2015. No order as to costs.
