1. Heard Sri Umesh Chandra Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing counsel for respondent No.s 1 and 2 and Sri Dilip Kumar Pandey for respondent No.3.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that he is recorded tenure holder of gata No.1383/0.025 hectare situated in Village- Raina, Pargana Bachhrawan, Tehsil Maharajganj, District Raebareli. It has been stated that the land of the petitioner is being used as a chakmarg by the villagers due to which he is unable to perform agricultural work on the said land while adjacent land of gata No.1384 is the land recorded as Ushar and accordingly he has prayed that his land situated at gata No.1383 may be vested in gaon sabha land and in its place land of equal measure of gata No.1384 may be exchanged. In this regard, he has submitted an application to opposite party No.2 on 30.7.2024 and no orders have been passed and prayer has been made to expedite the decision of the said application.
