Present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging an order dated 28.05.2025 whereby the request of the petitioner for grant of arms license was rejected. 2. It is argued by learned Standing Counsel for the State that the order under challenge is only information given in response to the IGRS complaint filed by the petitioner, however, it is stated that the request of the petitioner for grant of arms license had already been rejected only on the ground that the desired information was not furnished by the petitioner. A copy of the letter indicating the desired documents has now been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. In view thereof, present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to supply the documents as were desired in the communication handed over to counsel for the petitioner today within a period of three weeks from today. 4. On furnishing of the documents as desired, the request of the petitioner for grant of arms license shall be re-visited by the authority concerned and a fresh order shall be passed within a period of four weeks thereafter.
