Since the identical issues involved in the above mentioned writ petitions, they are being heard and decided by this common order. 2. By the present writ petitions, the petitioners are seeking appropriate direction towards the respondent authorities for grant of compassionate appointment on account of their respective breadwinner as per circular dated 08/01/2016 issued by the State Government with regard to the compassionate appointment. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have submitted application for grant of compassionate appointment before respondent authority, but no action is taken on their applications for compassionate appointment. He submits that as since long time, neither the respondent authorities has taken any decision nor any direction has been issued with respect to claim of the petitioners, the respondent authorities be directed to consider and decide the claim of the petitioners for grant of compassionate appointment. 6 / 6 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that grievance of the petitioners is against respondent Zila/Janapd Panchayat for whom he is not appearing. 5. I have heard learned counsel for parties and perused the documents placed on record. 6. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for respective parties as also the grievance of the petitioners that application submitted by them for grant of compassionate appointment has not been considered, therefore, these writ petitions, at this stage, are disposed of permitting the petitioners to submit a fresh representation/ application raising all the grounds as raised in these writ petitions. In the event of filing of such representation, the concerned authorities shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law and on its own merit expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of application/representation. 7.
