With the consent of the parties, the matter is being decided finally. 3. The petitioner who is working as Librarian Grade-I seeks promotion to the post of Librarian Selection Grade as per Rules. 4. Responding Ms Pushpila Bisht, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 & 3 states that the Rules are under process of amendment considering that there were lacunae in the earlier rules. She states that as and when the rules are amended, claim of the petitioner along with other eligible persons shall be considered in accordance with law under relevant rules. 5.
