Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent(s) and perused the material brought on record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Opposite Party No. 2 and 3 to remove/demolish the illegal encroachment and constructions from the land in illegal possession of Opposite Party No. 5 over the Land Gata No. 1493, Area 0.1750 hect., recorded as Khalihan, Land Gata No. 1499, Area 0.1210, recorded as Khalihan and Land Gata No. 1375, Area 1375, recorded as School in the revenue records, all the aforesaid lands situated in Village-Ram Pur Kakara, Tehsil- Bhinga, District- Shravasti." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon instructions, states that three proceedings are pending under Section 67 of the U.P Revenue and one civil suit is pending. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the authority concerned to decide the pending proceedings with all expedition within the time, as prescribed in the statute i.e. 90 days, in accordance with law.
