The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lohardaga P.S. Case No. 233/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 310(4), 310(5) & 317(3) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Section 25(1- B)(a), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga. 3. On 14.12.2024, Lohardaga police on the basis of confidential informant that some criminals have assembled in the house of Sitamuni Ekka and were making preparation of committing dacoity, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner alongwith co- accused persons. On search, a loaded country made pistol is alleged to have been recovered from possession of this petitioner. 4. It was submitted that petitioner has remained in custody for about eight months. 5 . Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga in connection with Lohardaga P.S.
