The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to consider and grant service benefits to petitioners for selection grade, benefits of Assured Career Progression Scheme and counting for the purposes of pensionary benefit etc. from the date re- appointment in service on Class III posts i.e. 22.02.2000 and 23.02.2000 respectively alongwith consequential benefits. 3. Since consideration of petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioners to file a fresh individual representation before opposite party No.2 i.e. Director-cum-Chief Engineer, Rural Engg. Department, Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided within period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
