Heard Sri Pramod Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Arun Kumar Pandey, learned AGA for the State-opposite parties no.1 to 3 and Sri Dheerendra Singh alongwith Sri Onkar Nath Pandey, who has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the informant. Said Vakalatnama is taken on record. 2. Sri Pandey has produced instructions letter dated 18.08.2025 provided by Sri Ram Raj, Senior Sub Inspector/ Investigating Officer, Police Station- Kotwali Nagar, District- Sultanpur, the same is taken on record. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners has stated that since there is some incurable defects in this petition, therefore, he is willing to not press this petition and liberty may be given to the petitioners to file a fresh writ petition. 4.
