Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for release of salary, allowance etc. for the period of absence from duty. 3. Learned State Counsel on the basis of written instructions dated 12.08.2025, a copy of which is taken on record, submits that petitioner earlier also had filed a writ petition and in pursuance of directions issued therein, his representation has been rejected by means of order dated 13/16.10.2021, which has not been challenged. 4. In view of such objections being raised, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh in order to effect challenge to the order dated 13/16.10.2021. 5. Considering aforesaid, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file afresh.
