This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite party No.2 to take necessary and legal action against the opposite party no.6 conducting the work on the capacity of opposite party No.5 in light of application/complaint of the petitioner dated 25.07.2023 moved before opposite party No.2 through registered post. Learned AGA, on instructions, states that in this case, charge sheet has been filed in court on 06.01.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate available remedy as per law or to challenge the chargesheet in appropriate proceedings. Accordingly, without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to pursue other remedies with regard to the charge sheet and also before the trial court, present writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn.
