The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 15.07.2025, whereby the Civil Judge (J.D.) instead of passing an ex parte interim order, has directed the issuance of notice and has fixed 03.09.2025 for consideration of the interim prayer. 3. Considering the fact that the Civil Judge (J.D.) has fixed 03.09.2025 for consideration of the interim application, no prima facie case for interference for exercise of powers under Section 115 of the CPC is made out. 4. The present revision is disposed of with direction to the Civil Judge (J.D.) to pass orders on the interim application on 03.09.2025 itself, in accordance with law.
