By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed following relief : "I. Issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of Mandamus against the illegal action of the opposite parties by which opposite parties are illegally raiding at the house of the petitioner and are adamant to arrest the petitioner." 2. Sri Arun Kumar Pandey, learned A.G.A. appearing for State-respondents has produced copy of instruction received from Sri Shiv Kumar, Sub-Inspector, police station P.G.I., district Lucknow, which is taken on record. As per aforesaid instruction, first information report has already been lodged in the issue in question on 29.07.2025 bearing Case Crime No.377 of 2025, under Section 303 (2) BNS. He further submitted that in view of the aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has requested that petitioner may be permitted to not press this writ petition and liberty may be given to file fresh petition challenging the first information report. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed being not pressed with the aforesaid liberty. September 3, 2025 Rks.
