Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is in urgent need of money, hence, release of the deposited amount is urgently required. I have gone through the contentions made in the instant application, which is found to be satisfactory. Accordingly, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the deposited amount as per procedure. Registry is directed to do the needful in this regard. In view of the same, this application is allowed and thus disposed of.
