Challenging the action of the respondents in trying to allot house site pattas under the scheme “Navaratnalu - Pedalandariki Illu” in Sy.No.54-2 to an extent of Ac.0.35 cents in Thokalapudi Village, Veeravasaram Mandal, West Godavari District, the present writ petition is filed. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed before the Court, a copy of instructions dated 05.02.2025 received by him in 2 the case. Perusal of the same would reveal that on account of the interim orders in the case, an alternate land was proposed and the same was acquired and pattas were also issued in favour of the beneficiaries of the scheme “Navaratnalu – Pedalandariki Illu”. The said instructions of the Tahsildar are placed on record. 4. In view of the foregoing, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
